Scheduler and Logistics Coordinator
Join Hibernia Home Care as a Scheduling Coordinator and play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch Home Support Services across Dublin North, Dublin South, Kildare, Meath, and Westmeath.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a similar role or with transferable skills
* A minimum of a QQI Level 5 in a relevant discipline
The Role:
As a Scheduler at Hibernia Home Care, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your mission is to ensure the seamless scheduling and coordination of our dedicated staff across our service areas.
Responsibilities:
* Using our cutting-edge Care Management System (CMS) to record care calls accurately, manage changes, and communicate efficiently with clients, team members, and managers
* Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and staff
* Working closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

* Must be medically fit to work
* Satisfactory Garda Vetting Check / International Police Clearance (if applicable)
