We are seeking a results-driven B2B Account Manager with a strong background in deal flow management and CRM expertise (HubSpot) to manage our key accounts and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in pipeline management, closing deals, and supporting sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Management & Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition, manage key accounts, and grow current sales operations.
* Pipeline & Deal Flow Management: Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to track, manage, and optimize deal flow, ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B customers, including distributors, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients.
* Sales Support & Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and ensure strong account management.
* Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Support sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
* Work with Senior Management to Develop New Market Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to assess and implement strategies for expanding into new markets.
* Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, including pipeline forecasts, revenue projections, and performance analysis.
* Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
* Contract & Pricing Support: Assist with contract discussions and pricing structures aligned with company objectives.
* Industry Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies accordingly.
* Develop sales pitch decks and initiatives to support distributor performance, including trade promotions, customer loyalty programs, and point-of-sale marketing.
* Collaborate with B2B partners and distributors to align marketing strategies, align JBP’s, drive sales, and maintain consistent branding across all channels.
* Monitor the performance of B2B and distribution channels, using data to adjust sales and marketing efforts for optimal customer experience.
* Support the sales team by building relationships with Key Accounts & Distributors across buying and marketing contacts.
* Attend quarterly Key Account & Distributor strategy meetings.
* Conduct quarterly visits with the sales team to analyze brand positioning and market performance.
Qualifications & Abilities:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in sales, B2B account management, or business development with a proven track record of closing deals and managing deal pipelines.
* Experience supporting a sales team focused on customer acquisition, key accounts, and new business development.
* Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for sales pipeline tracking and deal flow optimization.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* This position is based in the office full-time, and some travel may be required for trade shows and client meetings.
