Senior Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Realtime Recruitment team. The successful candidate will lead time-sensitive recruitment efforts, leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategies to meet urgent staffing needs across various industries. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, quick decision-making skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead Realtime Recruitment initiatives, managing multiple high-priority vacancies simultaneously
* Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and AI-powered tools to identify and engage candidates rapidly
* Conduct swift yet thorough candidate screenings and assessments in real-time
* Manage and optimise the end-to-end recruitment process to minimise time-to-hire without compromising quality
* Develop and maintain a network of pre-screened candidates for immediate placement opportunities
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand urgent staffing needs and provide rapid solutions
* Implement and manage live chat and video interview platforms for instant candidate engagement
* Train and mentor junior recruiters in Realtime Recruitment methodologies
* Analyse recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve processes
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in Realtime Recruitment
* Attend events to expand client and candidate network and act as an ambassador for the organisation
Qualifications
* Third Level Qualification preferred
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on high-volume recruitment (minimum 3 years)
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding challenging recruitment targets
* Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software
* Proficiency in using AI-powered sourcing tools and platforms
* Strong understanding of various industries and job markets for quick matching capabilities
