,Galway Monday-Friday 09:00-05:00 (part-time hours alsoavailable) My client is looking for a sales administrator to join their team.
They will only need someone to work in the office from September to April, the other months ofthe year you will not be working.
This is a role that might suit a mother or someone who is looking to have the summer months off.
This role requires excellentorganisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.
Maintain and update sales records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and distribute sales reports and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage and maintain customer account details and order history.

Skills:
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail andorganisational abilities.
