The EMC Test Technician will be responsible for executing Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electrical Testing (ET) on next-generation automotive products.
Working within a skilled team, the role involves following detailed procedures to ensure accurate validation and high-quality reporting for international customers.
Key Responsibilities Perform EMC/ET testing to strict ISO17025 protocols and international automotive standards.Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced EMC test equipment and instrumentation.Follow detailed test plans and work instructions to complete scheduled validation activities.Accurately record and document test data and observations.Assist in compiling customer-facing validation reports.Communicate clearly with engineering teams on test status, issues, and recommendations.Support troubleshooting and design improvements based on test results.Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.Work Schedule Shift: Fixed 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday.Training: Temporary adjustment to 9am–5pm may be required for initial training.Note: No shift allowance.
Fixed shift ensures stability and routine.Candidate Requirements Education & Experience: Qualification or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar field.Prior experience in an EMC test lab or electronics testing role is desirable.Recent graduates with hands-on lab experience and strong technical interest are encouraged to apply.Desirable Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems including 12V power, inrush currents, and cold cranking amps (CCA).Familiarity with EMC theory, RF testing, or electrical validation methods.Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under structured procedures.Strong written and verbal communication.A team player with a proactive, professional approach.Committed to producing high-quality work in a regulated environment.Why Apply?
