About the RoleJob Purpose: This role will provide administrative support to the following programmes Dying Well at Home (DWAH) 2 days per week, and Hospice Friendly Hospitals (HFH) 2 days per week with flexibility as needed.
Contract Type: Permanent Part Time (30 hours a week – 4 days a week)
Job Location: Our offices are based on Nassau St., Dublin 2.
We have a hybrid work model in place (a minimum requirement of 2 days a week in the office).
Reporting to: Programme Manager Healthcare - Dying Well at Home Responsibilities:Assist in managing the contacts list for both programmes using Mailchimp and Excel.
Comply with GDPR processes.Support with the set-up and delivery of webinars and meetings (virtual and in person) and support external network days.Assist in the website development for the programmes and regular updating of the intranet and website and newsletter support.Assist in evaluation and reports processes for the programmes.Assisting with gathering KPI's for monthly and quarterly reports for both programmes.Support the education and training processes: respond to training queries; book trainings; maintain communication; issue certificates; disseminate resources; generate evaluations and provide reports.Maintaining records of workshops, seminars, and events, including inputting of evaluation data and compilation of records.Maintain the LMS Platforms.Support Nurses for Night Care with referral processes, administration tasks and generating reports on data collected through the service.Support the implementation of Salesforce including data gathering and report generation.Support with any other duties as may be reasonably required.Qualifications and ExperienceIHF is open to applications from candidates who have experience in most but not all of the following areas.
The successful candidate will be supported through their induction to increase their knowledge and ability to deliver on the responsibilities outlined here.

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.Proven ability to multi-task, be self-directed and manage time effectively.Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.Ability to manage competing demands and work to deadlines.Excellent attention to detail.Fully proficient in MS Office – specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organisational skills.Ability to work on own initiative.Knowledge of a CRM, e.g.
