We're seeking a Quality Manager – Pharmaceutical Distribution to join our team at City North, Dublin, Ireland.

Technical:
The Quality Manager will oversee the QA Warehouse Team, refining processes with Quality Warehouse Operations, and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of tasks related to Goods In, Specifications, Storage, Pest Control, Dispatch, Cleaning/Housekeeping from a Quality perspective at PCI Ireland Pharma Services. As a customer point of contact, you will work towards achieving OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) batch Release/Dispatch and meeting customer commitments. You will also play a crucial role in introducing new warehouse systems, conducting risk assessments, and transferring products between sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the Team responsible for generating and reviewing all warehouse records within the business unit, ensuring timely completion of Goods In & Dispatch activities.
* Direct quality activities within the incoming goods receipt area.
* Communicate strategy to Quality leadership and collaborate with functional departments to ensure Quality Warehouse Operational requirements are understood and met.
* Ensure Reject Forms, Specifications, Acetates, Calibration are under control for Warehouse activities.
* Define Quality Warehouse Operations KPI's, schedules, and utilize SQDC to manage operations, providing weekly summaries to the Quality Director.
* Review and approve deviations and investigations arising from the process or related to storage and dispatch, respond to customer queries regarding product investigations.
* Lead the Quality Warehouse Operations team, train, develop, and coach them on incoming goods, Events, Deviation, Non-Conformance systems, documentation, and execution. Manage HR-related activities, complete Quantum for the team and yourself in a timely manner, and conduct regular 1:1 conversations.
* The Quality Manager is a key member of the Quality Site Leadership team. They must flag concerns with site Operations if any arise, work with other departments to understand Quality Operation needs, and apply risk methodology while being pragmatic and solution-oriented, focusing on overall Quality compliance across sites.
* Host customer inspections (audits), visits, and support HA authority inspections as required.
* Drive good practice and continually improve the Quality system.
