The main responsibility for this role will be to manage the everyday running of the Restaurant/bar and deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
Requirements
* 2+ years working in a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor environment.
* 1-2 years experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant.
* Excellent communication skills, well presented with a hands-on attitude.
* Experience with arranging events and functions.
* Flexible to work hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
