Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team based in North County Dublin. This is a hybrid working role, with three days spent in the office per week and flexibility around start times.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for our Irish operations on a monthly basis. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of IRL payroll on a monthly basis, encompassing all aspects from initiation to completion.
* Accurate processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
* Maintenance and updating of employee payroll records, including changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles.
* Calculation and processing of deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
* Preparation and distribution of payroll reports to relevant departments.
* Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issues.
* Coordination with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
* Assistance with year-end payroll processing, including issuance of W-2s and other required tax forms.
* Processing of payroll through payroll system.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Review of project agreements and change order agreements to enable PMs to update their projects financially via the ERP system.
* Assistance with the processing and payment of supplier invoices.
* Maintenance of confidentiality regarding employee payroll information.

Requirements:
* IPASS payroll qualification is advantageous.
* Minimum of 2-6 years' experience in end-to-end Irish payroll process within a large organization is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, laws, and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
