Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead a busy Department. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring outstanding Customer Service, Efficiency, and Profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges.

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership - Manage and inspire a team of Technicians and support staff to achieve their full potential.
* Customer Focus - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, quality service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
* Operational Excellence - Oversee the Workshop Schedule, ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and maintain efficiency in workflows.
* Performance Management - Monitor KPIs such as service revenue and productivity and implement strategies for improvement.
* Compliance - Ensure all operations meet legal and manufacturer standards, including health and safety regulations.
* Collaboration - Work closely with other departments, including Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Warranty Processing - Ensure warranty guidelines are adhered to on a daily basis and processing is done and monitored for manufacturer rebates.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a multi-brand aftersales or service environment.
* Strong knowledge of running a service department and best practices.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in service management software and reporting tools.
* License free of any penalty points.
