Key Responsibilities
* Implement payment plans for customers.
* Manage a portfolio of customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
* Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Evaluate severe queries and escalate them to management as necessary.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Desirable skills include call center experience, graduation, ability to work to targets and deadlines, native-level English proficiency, negotiation skills, and IT knowledge.
