Quality and Food Safety Graduate Development Program
The Kerry Dairy Ireland Quality and Food Safety Graduate Development Program is a comprehensive training program designed to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into managerial roles in the future.
This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or those currently pursuing a degree in a related field to develop their careers in quality and food safety. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to gain practical experience and knowledge across various quality and food safety activities and systems at our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish, track, trend, and act on key performance indicators.
* Audit and inspect facilities to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
* Develop product specifications, analytical procedures, sampling programs, and control systems to ensure they meet system capabilities and key consumer requirements.
* Implement and analyze designed experiments and capability studies.
* Manage, update, and enhance quality and safety systems.
