What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee Daily Operations – Lead our HVAC & Plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Optimize Schedules & Resources – Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines to maximize efficiency and service quality.
* Develop & Support Teams – Recruit, train, and mentor field technicians, project managers, and office staff to create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Drive Client & Vendor Relations – Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated concerns, and negotiate vendor contracts for equipment and materials.
* Control Budgets & Improve Profitability – Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial efficiency.
* Ensure Safety & Compliance – Maintain OSHA standards, HVAC & Plumbing regulations, and all industry safety requirements.
* Innovate & Streamline Processes – Implement new technologies, improve workflows, and analyze data to optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of operations management experience (preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or Construction).
* Proven Leadership Skills – Ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive operational success.
* Strong Financial Acumen – Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with HVAC & Plumbing management software, scheduling tools, and analytics.
* Excellent Communication – Strong ability to connect with customers, vendors, and team members.
