Job Description
This role reports to the Process Optimisation Manager for ESB Customer Solutions, IT, and Digital. You'll be accountable for process improvement programs across the Customer Solutions directorate.
Key Responsibilities
* SUPPORT PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS
* MANAGE A PROGRAM OF WORK AGREED WITH PROCESS OPTIMISATION MANAGER FOR DELIVERY INTO CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS
* MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM LEADS AND MANAGERS
* LEAD A TEAM OF SPECIALISTS AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEADS
* INFLUENCE OUTCOMES AND DRIVE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGIES
* ENGAGE STAKEHOLDERS AND PROVIDE UPDATES ON WORK ITEMS
* RESPONSIBILITY TO LEAD, MOTIVATE, ENGAGE, COACH AND DEVELOP ANY FUTURE LEADS IN PROCESS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGY
* DETAILED KNOWLEDGE OF RPA (AUTOMATION) ENSURING ALL POTENTIAL ARE ASSESSED AND REFERRED TO RPA LEAD FOR EXECUTION
Requirements
* 3+ YEARS RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE OF ESB CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS IT SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE
* KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS PROCESS FRAMEWORK
* EVIDENCE OF DELIVERING TANGIBLE BUSINESS RESULTS
* STRONG COMMUNICATION AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
* ABILITY TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY AS PART OF THE TEAM
* ABILITY TO COACH TEAM LEADERS / PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEADS
