Job Description
Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an annualised salary of €34,256.
You will accrue 28 days' annual leave per annum (paid Public Holidays).
The role is based in Drogheda, Co Louth, with a blended working model in place. A minimum of 4 days a week in Drogheda (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and one other day of choice) and 1 day working from home.
Following successful onboarding, blended working can be extended to a minimum of 2 days on-site and 3 days home working.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Post:
1. Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of the area of responsibility.
2. Manage service mailboxes on an ongoing basis for HIDS.
3. Provide support to the HIDS Data Quality Manager/Lead with strategic planning through comprehensive analysis of data sets and sources.
4. DQA's will have projects identified by their line manager, and a PID (Project Initiation Document) will be formalised to confirm project scope and stakeholders.
5. Support the HIDS Data Team Manager/Leads with data and statistical analysis and reporting tools, contributing to regular reporting to Senior Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Have obtained a pass (Grade D) in at least five subjects from the approved list of subjects in the Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination, including Mathematics and English or Irish.
* Have completed a relevant examination at a comparable standard in any equivalent examination in another jurisdiction.
* Hold a comparable and relevant third-level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland (QQI).
Candidates must achieve a pass in Ordinary or Higher-level papers. A pass in a foundation level paper is not acceptable.
Experience of working with data or in a similar business environment is desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
