Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of insurance submissions for underwriters.
* Carry out the binding process for product lines and follow up on bound accounts.
* Maintain an organised filing system and ensure the Document Management System (DMS) is up to date with all relevant documentation.
* Prepare policy documentation and assist with ad-hoc reporting and presentations.
* Ensure the integrity of information stored on underwriting databases and systems.
* Update and maintain broker contacts and adjust underwriting data as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in the Insurance Industry is preferred, but candidates with business or finance experience are encouraged to apply.
* Prior experience working with internal databases or different systems.
* A detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
