Job Title:
Summary:
As a Linux Cloud Engineer at AWS, you will work with customers using various cloud services, including EC2, EBS, and ElastiCache. You will collaborate with the internal team to provide an excellent experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve their cloud experience.
* Design and implement training courses, write technical articles, create video presentations, attend AWS events, participate in recruitment processes, and develop tools/scripts or process improvements.
Requirements:
* Basic understanding of networking concepts, including OSI model, IP connections, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, and resolving common network connection issues.
* Experience with Linux system concepts, administration, and troubleshooting on distributions such as Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Management/Information Science/Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in system performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning.
* Understanding of virtualization or containerization.
* Knowledge of AWS and Cloud Computing concepts.
