Job Title: Corporate Relationship Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – Mon-Fri initially fully onsite for training and then hybrid model
Salary: DOE + bonus + company car, mobile/laptop, life assurance, Pension & Healthcare contribution, Life Assurance + 25 days AL including company days.

Abrivia are recruiting for an experienced Relationship Manager for their client, an award-winning international services company.
The Role
As the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for executing and delivering on the commercial plan and targets in respect of the retention, growth, and profitability of the company.
This is an existing role, so you must be driven and passionate about retaining, growing, and selling to existing customers. You will work as part of a team of 5 people and work closely with departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a deep understanding of the corporate client base within your portfolio.
2. Build and manage a short, medium, and long-term pipeline.
3. Follow lead generation and appointment setting.
4. Check creditworthiness / complete credit proposals.
5. Adhere to agreed sales procedures.
6. Maintain CRM systems.
7. Work effectively with other functions within the business to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
8. Manage quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring you tailor the proposals & quotes to their needs.
9. Attend corporate events and social outings occasionally over the course of the year.
10. Demonstrate strong relationship skills with the ability to understand your clients' needs and to know the products and services that the company offers to enable you to offer product solutions and upsell accordingly.
11. Report internally and externally.
The Person
1. Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
2. 3+ years experience in senior corporate account management.
3. Proven ability to deliver to deadlines and monthly targets.
4. Passion for lead generation and networking.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Understanding of formal procurement / tendering processes.
7. Strong I.T skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
