This would be of relevance to you if you are a; Data Privacy Solicitor, Data Privacy Counsel, Data Privacy Lawyer, Data Protection Solicitor, Data Protection Lawyer, Data Protection Counsel.As a privacy law specialist, you will have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant PQE in Privacy Law. You will be involved as a practising solicitor in advising clients on a range of data protection issues including;regulatory investigations/engagement,
ePrivacy,
DPIA's
Privacy compliance,
reviewing related commercial agreements
international data transfers
privacy related litigation.
Data breach issues
