An experienced Palo Alto Engineer is sought to manage and optimize the security infrastructure of a prominent organization.
This role will focus on deploying, configuring, and maintaining Palo Alto firewalls while ensuring seamless integration with other security platforms.

Responsibilities:Configure, deploy, and manage Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama and other monitoring tools.Perform root-cause analysis for security breaches and implement corrective actions.Integrate Palo Alto firewalls with SIEM systems and other security platforms.Ensure compliance through documentation, reporting, and auditing.Work closely with network engineers, DevOps, and system admins to optimize security infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Palo Alto firewalls.Will be responsible for configuring F5 load balancers.Skills/Must have:Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls (configuration, deployment, support).Proficiency in using Palo Alto monitoring tools (e.g., Panorama).Root-cause analysis and corrective action for security incidents.Experience with SIEM integrations and compliance reporting.F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS) experience is a plus.Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or Python is a plus.Relevant certifications (PCNSE, PCNSA, F5-CTS) are desirable.Benefits:12-month contract with a strong view to extend.Offering hybrid work (2 days per week on-site in Dublin).Salary:Up to £375 Per Day (Outside IR35).
