Client Service Manager Residential Contract: Maternity Cover
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, organised and dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis (169 hours per month).
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the service and staff team in line with organisational standards.
* To promote social inclusion and community participation.
Requirements:
* Level 7 or 8 in Social Care.
* Level 6 in Management.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in Intellectual Disability.
* 3 years Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care.
* Full driving licence and access to own transport.
