Responsibilities:
* Oversight of a broad range of litigation cases, including Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents, and Medical Negligence, from initial stages through to resolution.
* Undertaking in-depth legal research, drafting precise pleadings, and preparing detailed court documents.
* Advocacy for clients by attending court hearings, proceedings, and representing them during settlement negotiations.
* Offering insightful legal advice and strategic direction to clients on complex litigation matters.
* Continuously monitoring and adapting to changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed, up-to-date counsel.
Requirements:
* A qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
* Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently, with a proven track record in litigation and effective case management.
* Strong research, analytical, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
* Knowledge of relevant defence litigation laws, regulations, and procedures.
