Job Title: Service Management Engineer
A 12-month contract role with a competitive daily rate on offer for an experienced IT Service Engineer.
This is a remote opportunity to join our team as a Service Management Engineer, where you will utilize your expertise to manage and administer core functions of ITSM department tools.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
* At least 8 years of commercial experience in a similar field.
* Manage and administer core functions of ITSM department tools such as Tivoli NOI probes, LogicMonitor, Syslogng, Cribl, Splunk cloud, and in-house-built tools in Perl, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Initial setup, configuration, and administrative tasks of a LogicMonitor portal, including best practices for deploying and maintaining the solution.
* Configure and manage events in ServiceNow coming from various sources.
