**Assistant Manager Role**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in the efficient operation of our busy Restaurant/Bar.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in different hospitality environments, demonstrating career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Lead a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for staff and customers.
* Deliver training to the food and beverage team and manage training records.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns effectively.
* Develop and execute an effective induction program for new recruits.
Requirements:
* Hospitality experience in different settings showing progression.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant/Deputy manager in a bar/restaurant environment.
* Relevant hospitality industry qualification and Health & Safety certification preferred.
* Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
