Responsibilities
* Make informed decisions to ensure correct information is displayed, including verifying details with B2B customers and conducting online research as necessary.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through courteous, professional, and efficient phone interactions.
* Process and escalate required requests or transactions while making sound decisions regarding customer needs.
