Responsibilities:
1. Solves complex problems or problems where precedent does not exist and takes a new perspective on existing solutions.

Qualifications:
* We are looking for a qualified person to Level 8 Degree in Engineering / Science or related discipline, Masters preferred and desirably with 6 – 8 years relevant direct engineering experience within a similar environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills and ability to create a winning high performing team.
* Proven ability to create an environment to foster innovation among a technically strong and capable engineering team.
* Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through collaborating, influencing and interaction at all levels across the business/function to negotiate and gain cooperation on operational issues and internal divergent objectives.
* Demonstrate ability to generate breakthrough ideas and create an environment that supports experimentation & responsible risk-taking in achievement of same.
