The TMO Team Support Role
This role is part of the WBA Technology Centre TMO team, working together to advance initiatives, support daily operations, and ensure the team functions effectively and efficiently. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, making it ideal for someone interested in project management or transformation.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the TMO team, including document management, updating records, and organizing project artifacts.
* Coordinate, attend, and support team and project meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and tracking actions.
* Manage team calendars and schedules to ensure optimal coordination.
* Conduct research and analysis to support TMO initiatives and assist in preparing formal documentation such as executive presentations and process flows.
* Assist with periodic reporting, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
* Maintain TMO documentation in alignment with retention policies and processes.
* Perform audits, compliance checks, and data collation related to TMO initiatives.
* Provide executive support to the TMO Senior Lead, including managing tasks and priorities.
* Support cross-functional and cross-tower initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
* Facilitate communication among team members and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
* Identify efficiency opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts.
