The role involves providing individualised support to help this child develop essential skills, engage in learning, and participate in everyday activities. The working hours will be; > Monday - Friday > 9am - 12pm daily term time > 9am - 3pm daily during mid terms and summer months Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Classroom Support Individualized Attention: Provide one-on-one assistance to child with special needs, supporting them with tasks they may find challenging, such as following directions, participating in group activities, or completing tasks. Support Group Learning: Help child engage in small group activities, encouraging socialization and cooperation with peers. Assist with Transitions: Support child during transitions, such as moving between activities, going outside, or preparing for lunch, helping them adjust smoothly. 3.
