About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to drive organisational change and improvement initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective change management strategies to improve processes and systems within the organisation.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support change initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective change management solutions.
* Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the success of the program.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, acting as a key advisor in all aspects of organisational change.
* Manage the portfolio of change projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and consistency with corporate strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Change Consultant with extensive knowledge in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Experience working with large-scale organisational change efforts and the ability to manage complex change projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
