Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable)
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant with accounts payable experience to join our practice working with retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
* Provide support during audits and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in accounts payable, ideally in a practice or retail setting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
