Job Description:
An IT Leader for the Global Integrated Supply Chain (EMEA) is required.
The role demands a deep understanding of both IT and supply chain processes to effectively align technology initiatives with business objectives.
* Extensive Experience in IT Leadership and Supply Chain Management: Strong project leadership skills, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
* Excellent Leadership and Team Management Abilities: Foster a collaborative culture and ensure effective communication among local IT teams.
* Develop and manage the IT strategy for the EMEA supply chain functions, aligning with business goals and objectives.
The Role:
Translate strategy into action: Execute relevant projects/initiatives aligned with organizational goals and lead cross-functional teams.
Oversee daily IT operations and coordinate activities of local IT leaders at various plant locations.
Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters or MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, focusing on Supply Chain Management.
Experience with ERP systems R12 and SAP preferred, MES applications and supply chain management software.
Fluency in English required; additional EMEA-relevant languages are a plus.
