3. Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair needs and recommendations.
4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a mechanic, with strong expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
2. A relevant mechanical qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-quality service.
5. BMW experience would be an advantage.
6. Full driver’s license (preferred).
