Requirements:
9. Proven experience as a Chef or Deli Manager in a fast-paced and busy deli environment.

11. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the culinary team.
12. Strong organisational abilities to handle a busy and dynamic deli setting.
13. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, prioritising customer and staff well-being.
