About the Role
The Manager for the Account Development organisation across EMEA is responsible for the elements of team development, recruitment, hiring, enablement, and management of the team, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets throughout the region. The Account Development team supports our EMEA sales motion, while working in a hybrid set up from our office in Dublin and from home. With a focused approach to pipeline and develop, the Manager will collaborate effectively with Marketing, Channel partners, Customers and with the Sales field team and Sales leadership.
The Account Development Representative supports the field team by identifying new business opportunities in Enterprise accounts by using both inbound and outbound strategies and campaigns.
At a Glance
* Effectively forecast monthly/ quarterly pipeline revenue to executive leadership through disciplined forecast methodology.
* Develop strategic relationships with the field sales team in regions across EMEA as well as with marketing and channel partners.
* Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to measure sales productivity, plan execution, and progress against strategic objectives.
* Develop strategic regional business plans on quarterly base.

* Solid experience in managing Inside Sales/Sales Development/Account Development/Business Development or equivalent leadership roles.
* Familiarity and experience in a solution selling environment with a proven track record of meeting revenue objectives.
* Demonstrated success hiring and managing large teams (i.e. 7-8 direct reports).
* Having led SDR/BDR or ADR sales teams focused on growing new business and new logos.
* Bring experience in consultative security fields; incident response, forensic investigations, threat intelligence, penetration testing.
* Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills in English and ideally another European language.
* Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, Outreach, Sales Navigator, et al.).
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-focused studies.
* Use consultative, value-based sales methodologies (Force Management, Challenger Sale, etc.) effectively in past roles.
