Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operation of our hotel's restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting facilities.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations within the property
* Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and up to 35 staff members
* Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction through exceptional service standards
Requirements
1. 2-3 years of experience in full management of food and beverage operations in a 4/5* hotel
2. Set service standards for daily operations in all food and beverage areas
3. Experience in managing a busy restaurant and bar, including team management and rostering
4. Proficiency in stock control, stock taking, ordering, and deliveries
5. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent service and guest experience
6. Train and up-skill the team in all areas of service and standards
7. Professional presentation, polite friendly manner, and attention to detail
8. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
