About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. We are looking for an energetic, motivated and hands-on Program Manager to join the IT PMO team in Citco. Your project portfolio will consist of both Middle Office IT (MOS IT – Collateral & Treasury) & Tax IT.
The MOS IT team develops and maintains proprietary software platforms specializing in treasury and collateral management. Their primary platforms include Æxeo Treasury, an AWS cloud-based SaaS payments solution that enables secure payment processing through Citco's SWIFT network, along with invoice storage and settlement instruction management, all accessible via web browser. Additionally, they support Aexeo Collateral, which manages counterparty agreements, processes margin calls with direct integration to Æxeo Treasury, tracks cash collateral balances, calculates collateral interest for reconciliation, and maintains security collateral positions.
The Tax IT team develops and maintains a specialized tax reporting application that enables the generation of comprehensive tax reports for clients. This proprietary solution is designed to be market-competitive and dynamic, allowing the team to deliver customized tax reporting services while supporting evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic, motivated, Program Manager to actively manage and deliver critical projects across our MOS and Tax platforms. This role requires direct day-to-day project leadership, strong technical understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
Program Leadership & Delivery:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of MOS and Tax initiatives
Actively manage daily project activities, tasks, and resources
Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings
Develop and maintain program-level plans aligned with strategic business objectives
Track and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
Oversee resource allocation and budget management
Identify and remove project roadblocks
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure quality delivery of project deliverables
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Build and maintain relationships with development teams, business users, and vendors
Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams
Deliver clear and concise communication to all levels of management
Create and maintain project status reports and dashboards
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
Coordinate with senior program staff to ensure message cohesion
Escalate issues appropriately to senior management
Foster collaborative relationships across functional areas
Risk Management & Communication:
Identify and mitigate potential program risks
Develop contingency plans for program challenges
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies
Provide transparent and timely communication to stakeholders
Strategic Planning:
Align product concepts and business cases with organizational objectives
Contribute to PMO process and tool standardization
Support the establishment of best practices
Monitor and report on program progress and metrics
QualificationsAbout You:
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on project management experience with in-house application development and Agile/Scrum experience preferably in a financial institution environment
PMP certification or equivalent (Agile certifications such as SAFe, scrum)
Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Track record of successful program delivery in enterprise environments
Experience managing distributed teams
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
Ability to influence without direct authority
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Proficiency in project/program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
Experience with JIRA administration and customization
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and integration concepts
Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
Experience with program governance frameworks and best practices
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting tools
