**Job Title:** Governance Associate / Board Admin Support
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Governance Associate / Board Admin Support to join our client in the Finance sector. This is a 10-week contract with a hybrid working policy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in planning and organising Board Meetings, ensuring all necessary papers are prepared and presented clearly;
* Assist with all aspects of key Board Committees' work, including planning, organisation, and attendance at meetings, as well as preparing detailed minutes that meet expectations;
* Maintain schedules of topics and action logs, ensuring all decisions are executed promptly;
* Contribute to the annual effectiveness evaluation process for the Board and committees.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a company secretarial capacity, preferably within the financial services sector;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong influencing and stakeholder management/engagement abilities;
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently, balancing competing demands and meeting tight deadlines;
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
* Familiarity with Diligent Board Portal software.
