Job Summary
A Production Manager is required to lead a team in a world-class manufacturing environment. The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Production Leads, Team Leaders, and Operators in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
* Optimize manufacturing operations to meet defined targets for cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery.
* Establish performance standards and monitor progress against set criteria.
* Develop and implement effective production planning, product line layouts, and staffing strategies.
* Promote a positive leadership culture by interpreting company policies and management directives for production personnel.
* Provide timely and accurate information to management as needed to support ongoing business objectives.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety, environmental, and security procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years' experience supervising large teams in a world-class manufacturing setting.
* Desirable third-level qualification.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
