We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team in Co. Kilkenny.
This front-of-house role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and visitors warmly and professionally Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the booking system Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions Process reservations and ensure accurate guest records Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Handle guest complaints or issues with a positive and solution-focused approach Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, ideally within hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (preferred) Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Location: Co.
