Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of automation project planning, execution, and resource management
* Ensuring projects meet quality standards and customer expectations
* Liaising between internal teams and senior management
* Developing and optimising internal processes and business procedures
* Leading and mentoring a team, fostering collaboration and innovation
* Analysing and reporting on performance metrics and project outcomes
Requirements
* A degree in Engineering or Business Management (advantageous)
* At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in project delivery, automation, or engineering
* Strong communication skills - ability to engage with both teams and clients
* Excellent planning and organisational abilities to ensure project timelines are met
* A resilient mindset with a problem-solving and innovative approach
* A desire to mentor and lead teams, driving efficiency and success
