This multidisciplinary consultancy has a vacancy for an Associate Engineer to join their team. Their work can be seen across the region, including residential developments, healthcare, education, and civil projects.
Your new role
As an Associate Engineer, your responsibilities include:
* Planning, design, and management of construction projects.
* Conducting feasibility studies and technical investigations of sites to determine project viability.
* Risk and Environmental Impact Assessment.
* Evaluating site compliance with legal, health, and safety recommendations.
* Managing and monitoring project progress.
* Discussing project requirements with professionals such as architects and clients.
* Leading a team of engineers and designers.
Requirements for Success
You will need:
* A Degree or Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering.
* 10 years' experience in a design office, working on medium-to-large scale projects.
* Proficiency in REVIT/BIM.
* A successful track record of working closely with clients and contractors.
* A full licence and transportation for occasional site visits.
* Prior Irish experience is essential.
* Civil engineering proficiency is preferred, with experience in managing drainage, traffic engineering, and siteworks.
