Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide HR support and advice to a team of approximately 400 employees, assisting with various tasks such as staff attendance, performance reviews, recruitment, and learning & development.
The Role
* Provide HR support and guidance to a large employee base across the organization.
* Assist the HR Manager in developing and improving HR processes, including staff attendance, performance reviews, recruitment, and training.
* Support recruitment processes from drafting job descriptions to issuing contracts.
* Conduct onboarding and inductions for new employees.
* Assist the HR Manager in designing training programs and monitoring probationary reviews.
* Maintain accurate HR and training records within the HR system.
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
* Working towards or already possessing CIPD qualification.
* Previous experience in assisting with employee relations, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and recruitment projects.
