AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant discipline, with preference in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
2. In-depth knowledge of Data Center Facilities such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, electrical sub distribution systems, fire detection and suppression systems, cable reticulation systems.
3. Strong bi-lingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese).
4. Ability to deliver colo facility expansion projects on time and within budget.
5. Experienced in managing high growth operation team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 10+ years of direct data center engineering work experience, 8+ years in people management capacity.
2. In depth knowledge of Data Center capacity planning and reporting.
3. Mission Critical facility management experience for a large enterprise or large Colocation provider.
4. Knowledge in IT services such as servers, network, cabling and platform.
5. Knowledge in datacenter safety and physical security.
