Plan all works on Dublin Tunnel and Jack Lynch Tunnel including routine maintenance, project works and third-party interfaces. Maintain and update ERTO master schedule with regular interaction and communication with departments. Ensure Maintenance Management System is up-to-date with live information for automated scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning team to assess workloads and resources required to deliver contract scope.
* Review Service Information with client to ensure ERTO is contract compliant with maintenance regime.
* Refine maintenance Job Plans to implement efficiencies and update Work Orders as required.
* Provide monthly reports on master schedule status to ERTO Senior Team and Client Team.
* Carry out training on system-specific and MMS topics.
* Review vendor documentation for compliance with site rules and organise spare parts and work equipment.
* Lead Principal Inspection program by providing detailed scope and documentation.
* Develop handover process with Works Supervisor to ensure site information is accurate and updates are made to maximise efficiencies.
* Develop process with system owners to ensure contractors' maintenance reports are reviewed and stored correctly.
* Develop works schematics for tunnel closures for nightly toolbox talks.
* Assist with development of Weekly, Monthly and Annual maintenance work plans.
* Assist with general report writing to ensure compliance with Contract.
* Ensure all processes and procedures are undertaken in line with Company Standards ISO 55001:2014, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2004.
* Assist with on-site audits during scheduled and unscheduled tunnel closures and day-to-day operations.
* Manage and compile maintenance contract tender packages and review tender submissions.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in programming and scheduling works in maintenance or construction sectors.
* Desirable experience with forecasting.
* Experience in people management with ability to mentor and train junior staff.
* Experience in development of planning programs such as Microsoft Project, M-Files, GIS tools, Maximo Schedular etc.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills: verbal/written (in English).
* Computer literacy - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook in particular.
* Flexibility to work on call when required to co-ordinate site works.
