They are currently seeking an established Lawyer to join their Dublin Regulatory practice and who will play a key role in driving the growth of the Professional and Public Sector Regulatory practice in Ireland.
Key Skills and Requirements
* 4 years+ PQE demonstrated experience gained within a comparable environment across contentious regulatory matters and non-contentious advisory work to both regulators and private sector clients.
* Strong experience in acting for professional regulators and/or private sector clients in professional misconduct inquiries and investigations, with a particular focus on healthcare inquiries.
* Consultative and thorough approach.
* Ability to engage and influence clients and be a confident stakeholder manager, both internally and externally.
