Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Radius Connect Solutions team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new telecoms solutions contracts across the Republic of Ireland.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the telecoms sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with our product specialists and implementation team to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Engage with executive-level decision makers in commercial business sectors to generate new sales opportunities and respond to leads.
* Sell our product portfolio across your territory in the Republic of Ireland.
* Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth customer onboarding processes.
* Utilize commercial acumen to create competitive proposals that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field or B2B sales.
* Full driving license required with access to a car insured for business travel purposes.
* Proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities and close sales deals.
* Previous experience working within the telecoms sector is an advantage.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
