As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Trellix's Security Operations.
You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver industry-leading network security products.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer insight, and business acumen, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security operations solutions.
Align roadmap priorities with market trends, customer needs, and emerging cyber threats.
Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with engineering teams to develop robust security solutions.
Collaborate closely with UX researchers and UI designers to enhance product usability and security workflows.
Customer & Sales Engagement:
Gather feedback from customers, partners, and field teams to improve security products.
Support pre-sales and post-sales teams in understanding and positioning security solutions.
Security Analytics & Threat Intelligence:
Work with data science teams to enhance threat detection and analytics capabilities.
Define use cases for alert monitoring, triaging, threat hunting and forensic investigations, attack surface monitoring, and response.
Product Launch & GTM (Go-to-Market)
Strategy:
Develop marketing positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content.
Partner with BD, sales, and alliances to drive adoption and expansion in the cybersecurity market.
Requirements & Qualifications: 5 years of experience in Product Management, Security Engineering, or related roles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience bringing new products to market and scaling existing products to thousands of customers in multiple geographies Familiarity with network protocols, security operations (SOC), and incident response workflows.
Experience working with UX teams to deliver intuitive security solutions.
Knowledge of network security, packet analysis, threat detection, and hardware security.
Technical background with engineering collaboration (software or cloud infrastructure).
Ability to think and act strategically, and pay attention to details.
Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications A degree in computer science or Business; a MBA preferred.
Experience in network software solutions or security automation.
Familiarity with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are a plus.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR).
