We are currently seeking aCommercial Managerto spearhead the growth and development of our business within a designated customer base. This role involves managing our Tesco account and driving success across the Republic of Ireland (ROI) market, with the potential to expand responsibilities to the island of Ireland (IOI). The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening relationships with Tesco while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver growth and innovation.
This role requires a focus on accurate forecast management and a proactive growth mindset to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee P&L for a defined account or portfolio, driving the growth of Pilgrim’s Europe business objectives.
- Develop and agree upon Customer Joint Business Plans.
- Evaluate promotional performance effectively and provide recommendations to enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement robust customer plans, including in-store and online activation strategies.
- Communicate performance insights internally and externally, recommending specific actions to strengthen areas of success and address underperformance.
- Take full responsibility for developing and finalizing annual joint business plans with customers.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a vital role in nurturing our internal talent pipeline by coaching and mentoring less experienced team members in best practices for account management and industry insights.
