We are currently looking for a Power Plant HSE Manager to join our team.
Your role will encompass:
Define, create, and drive the local, site-based HSE strategy.
Coordinate customer demands related to HSE.
Manage operational HSE needs.
Serve as the project HSE face, leading by example in all aspects of operation.
Positively influence the HSE culture.
Demonstrate strategic thinking with a practical application of safety principles.
What you bring to the role:
NEBOSH General Certificate (or similar) as a minimum.
Lead/Internal Auditor qualification and IOSH regional branch participation.
First Aid certification and behavioral coaching experience (considered an asset).
Clear evidence of maintaining CPD (Continuing Professional Development) records.
Chartered status of a national HSE institute, such as CMIOSH (considered an asset).
Mental Health First Aider certification.
Valid Safety Scheme card for management.
Construction qualification or strong appreciation of construction processes.
