Job Title: Dutch Contract Review Specialist
Salary: Up to €38,000
Location: Utrecht ideally, possibility to work in Dublin
Working model: Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
We are seeking a motivated individual with a backround in contract administration to join the Utrecht team on behalf of our client, a primary provider of information management solutions to our clients offering a complete range of services tailored to the entire records lifecycle with a mission is to provide reliable and secure solutions to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Sales team in the contract process, ensuring compliance with company standards and approval processes.
2. Review and evaluate changes to contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
3. Draft and review contracts, making necessary amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate records of contract documents and updates.
6. Provide support and guidance to Sales team members regarding contract-related inquiries.
Requirements:
7. Fluent Dutch language skills are essential.
8. 2+ years proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
12. Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
13. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
